Larian Hari Keputeraan Sultan Azlan Shah

On the 11th of May 2013,a group of people from the Interact Club of The Malay College Kuala Kangsar volunteered to be a part of the crew member for the Hari Keputraan Sultan Azlan Shah marathon. We had a lot of fun and gain a little experience in doing work and following orders from the organiser. We had to wake up as early as 4 in the morning to get ourselves ready, it going without saying that after being the road marshall for roughly 3 hours we were exhausted. Nevertheless we enjoyed our time seeing different kind of people from different countries running and singing to encourage people around them to continue running. These unique peoples inspired our minds and fired our souls with a feeling of not giving up to the point where some of us ran together with the participants from their respective post to the finish line. We hoped that in the future many more events could be joined and much more fun can be had.

Sunday 20 April 2014

On the 19th of  April 2014,a group of 17 interactors as well as 3 representatives from Unit Bimbingan Kaunseling (UBK) went to SK Kampung Muhibbah, Sungai Siput to teach UPSR candidates as an initiative to prepare them for their upcoming exams. We had a lot of fun in the process, not only the students were taught on Mathematics,English,Science and Bahasa Melayu, but there were also various types of mini games played throughout the day. It surely was a trip down memory lane when we get the chance to experience back the times when we were twelve preparing for the same thing, seeing how twelve year olds behave and learn was really a pleasure to us. We hoped that all the students will achieve 5As in their UPSR later down the road.

SMK Aminuddin Baki International Understanding (IU) Day 2014

What a blast it was,the whole evening was jam packed with stuff from exotic sports car (if you look closely in the picture you'll see a portion of a yellow Ferrari behind us) to raising women rights. It was on the 5th of April 2014,a group of 7 Interactors namely Muhammad Nabihan Arif bin Nasir, Afiq Izzuddin bin Rosdi, Muhammad Aiman Akmal bin Ahmad, Muhammad Aizat bin Nasir, Muhammad Ajwad bin Wahinuddin, Muhammad Fiqri bin Nor Sukri, Muhammad Zumar Shaffat bin Zam Zam along with our teacher Mr.Saiful attended the SMK Aminuddin Baki's International Understanding Day 2014. The theme for this event is MRS which stands for Madagascar Romania Spain. In conjunction with the theme, they also added a fund raising cause to help women who are fighting breast cancer as well as raising awareness on a crucial topic which is domestic violence. Undoubtedly, such an event organised by our youth must include various types of performances from ballet to break dancing as well a mini but very meaningful sketch acted out by the students. One more thing, who would have guessed that Mrs. Carol Lee, whom is the Miss Universe showing up to give a speech. Congratulations to the BOD as well as all the students of SMK Aminuddin Baki for their success on holding such a huge event. Our time travelling from Perak was surely worth it. 4th Installation Night

As per norm, the yearly Intallation Night undergoes. Held at the Riverside Resort Kuala Kangsar on 27th September, it was safe to say that is by far the best activity the Interactors of MCKK together with the Rotary Club of Kuala Kangsar had done for the year 2013. As usual the new board of directors was officially introduced and other than that it was just 2 hours of fun.

INTERACT LEADERSHIP TRAINING SEMINAR 2013

On August 25th 2013,a group of 11 interactors and one teacher advisor attended the Interact Leadership Training Seminar 2013 held by the Rotary Club of Taiping at St.George,Taiping,Perak. The five hours spent starting from 8:00 am to 1:00 was really insightful to us,future board of directors about our duty, our responsibility and most importantly,a further and clearer understanding of what Interact Club and Rotary Club really means.

Furthermore, this was also a golden opportunity for us to get to know follow members of other Interact club of their respective schools, thus widening the fellowship among us.
